Sky News host Peter Stefanovic spoke to students outside Arizona University to hear what they had to say about Charlie Kirk ahead of his memorial.

Conservative commentator Kirk died on September 10 after being assassinated while addressing an audience on the campus of Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah.

Kirk’s life will be celebrated at a public ceremony at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona on Monday morning Australian time.

One young man told Stefanovic that Kirk had really good values with a lot of people either hating or loving him, adding he personally loved him.

“It’s just horrible what happened to him,” he said.

Stefanovic asked him what values appealed to him about Kirk.

“The importance of family and faith,” he said.
