ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — The NFL didn't fine anyone during the Buffalo Bills ' methodical Week 2 win at the New York Jets, but as it does each week, the league did leave some players lighter in the wallet.
The biggest fine for Week 2 belonged to Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley. He was docked $46,371 by the league for unnecessary roughness on what the NFL deemed an improper use of the helmet.
A couple of wide receivers on the Dallas Cowboys also drew attention because they were fined not once, but twice each. CeeDee Lamb was fined $11,593 for taunting and $14,491 for making a violent gesture. His teammate, George Pickens, drew two fines worth $14,491 each for removing his helmet and for making a violent gesture.
