It will be chilly once again overnight with low temperatures in the 40s inland areas by morning with near 50 degrees along the shoreline. Some patchy fog will also form as we head towards morning.
We will officially welcome Autumn on Monday at 2:19 PM. Monday will be nice and comfy with highs in the mid-70s. Tuesday will feature a return to that mid-summer feel with late afternoon and evening showers developing with another cold front approaching from the west. A shower is possible on Wednesday, with still some notable humidity. We could use more rain (see below), and we have a chance for some rain and showers this week. Northern New England--Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont are experiencing severe to extreme drought conditions.
