A 23-year-old man is charged with opening fire in a New Hampshire country club Saturday evening, killing one person and wounding two others, New Hampshire Attorney General John M. Formella and Nashua Police Chief Kevin Rourke said in a statement.
Hunter Nadeau is accused of killing Robert DeCesare, 59, with a handgun at the Sky Meadow Country Club in Nashua, the statement said. There is no known connection between the two men, the statement said.
Evie O’Rourke of Salem, New Hampshire, who was at the scene, told The Associated Press she was still trying to find her son, Robert DeCesare of Nashua, in the aftermath of the shooting.
“We don’t know where he is. He went down. My daughter-in-law and granddaughter escaped ... They saw my son go down and they saw blood, and we can’t find him,” s
