The Battle Creek Regional History Museum will host a Michigan History Author Symposium on Sept. 27. The event will feature 12 authors from across the state, including the Upper Peninsula, according to a community announcement.

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear stories and get books signed by the authors.

Tickets for the event are priced at $5, and seating is limited. Those interested are encouraged to reserve their tickets early.

The event will take place at the Battle Creek Regional History Museum at 307 W. Jackson St. in Battle Creek.
