ROCHESTER, Minn. — Rochester Art Center and Autism Resource Guide are hosting AutFest, a free family event promoting creativity and community connection.

The event is set for September 28, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Rochester Art Center and Mayo Park. AutFest welcomes everyone, with a focus on accessibility for individuals with special needs and their families.

Activities include educational presentations, sensory regulation exercises, and exhibitions by artists with special needs. Attendees can enjoy hands-on arts and crafts, movement activities like yoga and T’ai Chi, and gentle live performances, including local band Push & Turn.

Family-friendly entertainment like face painting, balloon animals, and a magic show will also be featured.
