ELMIRA, N.Y. (WETM) — Spooky season is quickly approaching, and pop culture is set to get a haunted makeover at Empire SCREAM Fest on Saturday, to start the spread of Halloween spirit.

Happening Saturday, Sept. 27, Empire SCREAM Fest is scheduled to take place at Empire Sports of the Southern Tier, located at 300 N Main St in Elmira, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will feature pop culture vendors, cosplay contests, photos, entertainment, and activities for everyone, Empire Sports emphasized.

Along with the above-listed activities, a special collector's crawl with dealers that specialize in trading cards and collectables will be available to browse through.
