BBC Radio 2 presenter Vernon Kay told his listeners how he found a cure for a little-known health issue that reportedly affects nearly one in 10 people.

The 51-year-old was hosting his daily morning BBC radio slot when he shared how he has invested in a new pair of insoles for his shoes to deal with a health problem that has been impacting him for years.

Speaking on the show on Wednesday (September 17) he opened up on how the condition manifests itself.

He said: "I've got Morton's neuroma in my left foot, and it's a nerve issue. So I can't feel three or four of my toes."
