House fire in St. George leaves family of four displaced

Authorities with the St. George Fire department are investigating the cause of a fire that left a family of four without a home early Sunday morning.

Firefighters arrived on the scene at 3:44 a.m., according to the St. George Fire Department. The house — damaged beyond repair — was located on Country Meadow Avenue. Flames caused damage to two of the adjacent properties, officials say.

No one was injured in the fire. Its cause is still unknown.
