The Philadelphia Eagles were in major trouble against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday, as they were trailing 26-7 early in the third quarter.
The offense was struggling mightily, and the Rams were moving the ball very well against the defense. However, Jalen Hurts and the offense got things rolling, and then the defense stepped up as Jordan Davis blocked not one, but two field goals to complete the stunning come from behind victory.
The second blocked kick was on a potential game-winning kick for the Rams, but Davis blocked it, and returned it for a touchdown to give the Eagles the win by a score off 33-26. It was the first time that the Eagles have blocked two kicks in the same game in 17 years.
