Rhamondre Stevenson knows his starting role could be in jeopardy if the Patriots running back does not fix a glaring issue in his game.

Stevenson, who led the league in fumbles in 2024, lost two fumbles in New England's 21-14 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers at Gillette Stadium on Sunday. Stevenson's two giveaways were among the five total turnovers by New England in a seven-point loss.

"I've gotta hold onto the ball to have value," Stevenson said after the Week 3 defeat. "If I can't hold the ball, then they don't need me."
