‘Rising to the Moment!’ CNN Democratic Contributor Raves About Erika Kirk’s Speech at Memorial Service

A Democratic pundit on CNN raved about Erika Kirk’s memorial speech for her slain husband, Charlie , in front of tens of thousands of people at State Farm Stadium in Arizona Sunday.

Xochitl Hinojosa , who served as communications director for the Democratic National Committee (DNC), said it was Erika Kirk — not President Donald Trump — whose words had the potential to unite the country.

“I think in times like this, especially when there is political violence, you need the president, regardless of who it is, to bring the country together,” Hinojosa began. “And that has not happened.”
