Several high-profile women at the Nine Network are in contract negotiations, with executives reportedly seeking to offer them insubstantial compensation.
Allison Langdon, Sarah Abo and Sylvia Jeffreys are in talks with the Nine bosses to secure new salaries, The Daily Telegraph reported on Sunday.
However, a TV source told the publication “executives are playing hardball” which is “ironic” after allegations of grooming, sexual harassment, bullying, and abuse of power rocked the network in 2024.
A cultural review found evidence of the systemic issues last October.
“It will be interesting to see how many women even want to stay at Nine,” the source said.
