Canada has launched a new federal agency, Build Canada Homes, with CAD$13 billion (AUD$14.32 billion) to fast-track thousands of “deeply affordable” homes using factory-built and advanced modular methods on public land.
It’s not another grant program; it’s a delivery arm that can assemble land, finance and builders under one roof, then approve large projects in bulk.
