TAMPA, Fla. — Todd Bowles emerged from the winning locker room with a big smile on his face.

Bowles’ current team had just beaten his former team 29-27 on a last-second field goal that capped off a wild fourth quarter at Raymond James Stadium. “They’re going to be all right,” Bowles told The Post. “They have talent, and he’s going to get them to play the way he wants. You saw that today.”
