SACRAMENTO, Nev. (KOLO) - Anibal Hernandez Santana, who is accused of shooting into the ABC building in Sacramento, is scheduled to make his first court appearance in federal court on Monday, Sept. 22, at 2 p.m.
The federal charge against 64-year-old Hernandez Santana is for violating a statute that relates to interfering with federally-licensed stations.
He’s due in Sacramento County Superior Court on Tuesday, Sept. 23, for the local charges, which include assault with a deadly weapon, shooting into an occupied building, and negligent discharge of a firearm, according to the Sacramento Police.
Hernandez Santana is being represented by defense attorney Mark Reichel.
Hernandez Santana was arrested by the FBI on Saturday, Sept. 20, hours after he was released from Sacramento County Jail
