SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) - There will be a senior scam prevention presentation on Wednesday, Oct. 1, at Opportunity Alliance Nevada ‘s next Brown Bag Lunch.

Sparks City Attorney Wes Duncan, Washoe County Sheriff’s Office ‘s Chief Deputy Jason Walker, and Senior ResQ ‘s Blake VanderWell will talk about common scams targeting seniors.

In addition, they will offer practical tips to stay safe and informed.

It will be held at noon at Reno+Sparks Chamber of Commerce at 4065 South Virginia St. #101 in Reno.
