BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Emergency officials are responding to reports of a shooting at the Red Roof Inn on Boardwalk Drive on Sunday, Sept. 21.

The Baton Rouge Emergency Medical Services (EMS) confirmed two people were taken from the scene. Officials confirmed one of them is in serious condition.

Details on what led to the shooting have not yet been released.
