A Northwood, N. D., man was injured late Wednesday night when the car he was driving crashed through a railing on the Point bridge and hit the ground 18 feet below on the Minnesota side. The car was traveling toward East Grand Forks from Grand Forks.
East Grand Forks Police Chief John J. Lawonn said he will charge Gordon Bjoralt, 28, with drunken driving. Deaconess hospital said Bjoralt suffered lacerations but probably would be released today.

A passenger identified as Bob Peterson, Northwood, was reported
