Seven candidates are vying for the two at-large seats on the Statesville City Council this fall. Both seats are open as Councilwoman Kim Wasson is running for mayor and Councilman Steve Johnson is not seeking reelection.

Emily Bosshart, Frederick Foster, Dustin Jett, Todd Lange, James Pressly, Trey Robertson and Braden Zittle are running for the two seats.
