NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - First Alert Weather Days have been issued Monday through Wednesday for the risk of strong storms
FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAYS
We have the risk for multiple rounds of strong thunderstorms across the Midstate this week. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday we’ll need to stay weather ready as showers and storms fire up in the afternoons and linger into the early evening hours.
The severe threat is low each day, just a 1 out of 5 on the threat scale. But any thunderstorm could easily produce heavy downpours that cause flooding in poor drainage areas. In additional, a couple of storms could produce strong wind gusts of 50+ mph. Hail and tornado threats are not a concern at this time.
Here are instructions on how to watch WSMV4 live on various platforms.
