Union Berlin boss Steffen Baumgart has praised history making Oliver Burke 's coolness in front of goal his composure after becmong the first every Scot to bag a Bundesliga hat-trick. ‌

The 28-year-old hit a treble as Union won a seven-goal thriller away at Eintracht Frankfurt 4-3. ‌

Now there are calls for Burke to make his international return for Scotland , five years after winning the last of his 13 caps for his country. ‌

The first Scot to play in the Bundesliga was Vince Mennie, who made his debut for Cologne 42 years ago and no Scottish player has scored a hat trick, although Burke himself scored a double last season for Werder Bremen and Alan McInally netted a brace twice for Bayern Munich in 1989.
