The motion, submitted by Congress leaders against the ruling government, was not accepted as the deadline—September 19—had passed due to continuous disruptions in the House. Speaker Padhy clarified that the motion could not be taken up as the Assembly proceedings were repeatedly stalled, leaving no room for discussion.
