A new documentary has captured the poignant moment when Jay Slater's mother reveals the contents of the bag he was carrying at the time of his death. Jay, a 19 year old from Oswaldtwistle in Lancashire, disappeared while on holiday in Tenerife in June 2024, leading to an extensive search on the island.

His body was eventually discovered in a remote area near the village of Masca on July 15. Now, Jay's mother, Debbie Duncan, has spoken about his death in a new Channel 4 documentary and, in one emotional scene, she unpacks the bag that was found with his body, reports the Mirror .
