Billings Police Department officers responded to the scene of a shooting at a Skyline Trail parking lot near the Billings airport at 4 a.m. Sunday. According to a social media post by the department, one victim was located with non-life-threatening injuries and no suspects have been located. One handcuffed man was taken by ambulance from the scene.
