SAN ANTONIO — It’s been one year since a 63-year-old woman was found dead at an east-side park. Stacey Dramiga’s body was found one year ago at Dafoste Park, one day after she was reported missing.
Park safety was a real concern with Dramiga's death because outside of witnesses who saw her the day she went missing, police can't figure out her last moment's alive.
Dramiga went to walk the Salado Creek Greenway Trail at Comanche Park in September of 2024.
When she didn't come back home by evening, her husband reported her missing. A Clear Alert was issued and the family pinged her phone location one day later, leading to her body being found at Dafoste Park.
Bexar County deputies found her body in a wooded area off the Salado Creek Greenway Trail.
