PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (ABC22/FOX44) - Officers in Plattsburgh are investigating a two-vehicle accident that left one person dead Friday night.
The incident reportedly occurred at 8:20 p.m. A 2006 Honda motorcycle was reportedly traveling west in downtown Plattsburgh when it hit the side of a pickup truck. That vehicle, a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado, was traveling north through the intersection at the time.
The motorcyclist, a 21-year-old from Peru, New York, was taken to University of Vermont Health Network CVPH, and was later pronounced deceased. Police say that the 27-year-old pickup truck driver was uninjured.
