It's Jon Bon Jovi 's life as a grandfather—it's now or never.

After his son Jake Bongiovi and his wife Millie Bobby Brown announced the arrival of their daughter in August , the “Livin’ on a Prayer” rocker is basking in his “cool” latest role.

“Crazy, but great, wonderful,” Jon—who shares Jake with wife Dorothea Hurley —told Bunnie XO in a Sept. 21 clip from an upcoming episode of her Dumb Blonde podcast. “They adopted a girl, and we met the baby obviously, and immediately it becomes your grandchild, your baby.”

As for the type of grandfather he is? Jon—who also shares kids Stephanie , 32, Jesse , 30, and Romeo , 21, with Dorothea— admitted he can’t get enough of his granddaughter.

“It’s beautiful,” he gushed. “I want to see pictures like every other day.
