Surveillance footage captures theft at Norfolk SPCA

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) -- The Norfolk SPCA is asking for the public's assistance in locating a suspect in connection with the theft of donated items.

According to a Facebook post from Norfolk SPCA, Sunday night, an anonymous donor dropped off laundry detergent, dog beds, towels, toys and more at the Norfolk SPCA. Less than five minutes later, a man could be seen on surveillance camera stealing all of the recently donated items.
