Gilbert In-N-Out changes parking lot, dinning room rules to curb crime

After three years of gang attacks and teen fights, a fast-food restaurant drawn into the national spotlight because of the Gilbert Goons has cut its hours and restricted access to its dining room.

In-N-Out Burger did not announce the changes in Gilbert or post its new weekend hours, but teens arriving for meetups on Friday and Saturday nights find locked doors, cones across the parking lot, police video cameras and armed officers.
