CLEVELAND, Ohio — Monday might mark the first day of fall, but for cocktail enthusiasts, it’s also the start of Negroni Week.

Negroni Week is a weeklong global celebration running through Sunday, Sept. 28. Started by Imbibe Magazine in 2013, Negroni Week celebrates the classic cocktail — made with gin, sweet vermouth and Campari — for a good cause.

The event benefits Slow Food, a global network that advocates for an accessible, good, clean and fair food system. Many participating venues donate a portion of the proceeds from Negroni Week to the effort, meaning you’re doing good by going out for a drink this week.
