Widespread clouds and scattered light showers will continue until Monday afternoon, with another chance for showers returning on Tuesday, the National Weather Service said.

Remnant tropical moisture is still bringing rain to our county. Monday afternoon will be drier as this moisture moves away, but mountains and deserts may hold on to the rain chance into the late afternoon, Meteorologist Sheena Parveen said.

The chance for rain could return Tuesday afternoon into early Wednesday, along with a slight chance of thunderstorms.
