WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- After historic flooding temporarily shuttered Café Hollander Wauwatosa, the restaurant announced they will officially reopen at 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26.
According to a news release from Lowlands Group, renovations extend far beyond flood repairs. The lower-level kitchen has been completely rebuilt and is fully equipped to serve brunch, lunch, and dinner with greater efficiency. Guests returning to the restaurant will also notice refinished flooring throughout both the main level and second floor, a refresh to both the men and women’s restrooms, a newly cleaned and polished bar and shined up accessories and appliances.
