The Iowa City Police Department is investigating a shots fired incident that happened early Sunday morning, according to a press release from the department.

Police responded to the 3500 block of Shamrock Place at 3:30 a.m. Sunday for a report of shots fired, according to the release.

Officers found evidence of shots fired and property damage, the release states. No injuries have been reported and no arrests have been made.
