NORTH MIDDLESEX – Police say a 15-year-old Arkona youth is dead after a farming accident in North Middlesex.

Just after 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20, police, ambulance and firefighters were dispatched to a farm on Parkhill Drive after receiving a report of a farming accident.

Police said an individual was found unconscious in a well on the property and was taken to hospital, where the person was pronounced dead.

Members of the Middlesex OPP, along with the Ministry of Labour and the coroner’s office, were on scene on Sunday, Sept. 21, as the investigation continued.
