Runoff Election Set for Fort Payne City Council Seat

Fort Payne-Voters in Fort Payne will return to the polls on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, for a runoff election to decide a city council seat.

According to city officials, all registered and qualified electors of Alabama who live within the corporate limits of Fort Payne, and who have resided there for at least 30 days prior to the election, are eligible to vote.

Polling places will be open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. on Election Day.
