SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) -- Can you help police find this man?

Anfernee Rucker, a 31-year-old Black male, has black hair and brown eyes. Syracuse Police say he is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 145 pounds.

Rucker's last known address is on Highland Street, and he has 29 local prior arrests.

He is wanted for an incident that happened on Sept. 8 at the Grant Boulevard and Butternut Street intersection.

According to Syracuse Police, it was a domestic-related incident where the victim reported that she was walking on a city sidewalk when she was approached by Rucker, who then pushed her to the ground, kicked her, and stole her cellphone.

"From a prior incident, the victim has a full stay away order of protection against suspect Anfernee Rucker," said police.
