BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) -- A Sorrento man was sentenced to 15 years after pleading guilty to multiple counts of child porn possession.
Jayden McConnell, 21, pleaded guilty to 20 counts of possession of pornography involving juveniles on April 22. According to the office of District Attorney Ricky Babin, he was sentenced last week to 15 years with credit for time served and ordered to register as a sex offender or child predator for 25 years.
McConnell was arrested after agents started an investigation regarding child sexual abuse material. Investigators found that he uploaded videos and photos to an iCloud account connected with a device he owned.
