A mother of three who was arrested and detained in Worcester by federal immigration agents will have an individual hearing before a judge in Chelmsford on Tuesday.

Rosane Ferreira-De Oliveira of Brazil was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents on Eureka Street in May. She will have what is known as an individual hearing, where she and her lawyer will present a case for her to stay in the United States.
