San Francisco 49ers quarterback Mac Jones had a fourth-and-goal pass at the Arizona 1-yard line broken up by Arizona linebacker and former Alabama teammate Mack Wilson with 15 seconds left in the third quarter.

When Jones came back on the field in the final period, he wore a brace on his left knee, threw a touchdown pass and directed a two-minute drill for a last-snap field goal that gave the 49ers a 16-15 victory on Sunday.
