THEY say you must suffer for your art - just ask some of your favourite Hollywood stars.

Sure, they live a life of gilded luxury - but, on set, they’re often exposed to the harsh realities of death-defying movie-making.

And even with all the camera tricks, safety coordinators and stunt performers in place, they don’t always leave unscathed.

Just look at Tom Holland, who was rushed to hospital last Friday , after a stunt went wrong while filming the upcoming superhero sequel Spider-Man: Brand New Day at Leavesden Studios in Watford.

According to reports, the British actor cracked his head during one daring feat and suffered a mild concussion.

He was swiftly rushed to hospital and will now take a short break from filming as a precaution - prompting production to be temporarily halte
