SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - Eversource is set to implement changes to natural gas bills starting November 1, aiming to enhance clarity and transparency for customers as winter approaches.

In a news release sent to 22News by Eversource, the redesigned bills will categorize charges into 'Supply,' 'Maintenance and Infrastructure Investment,' and 'Public Benefits,' providing clearer insights into costs.

The currently listed category, "Supply”, which refers solely to the cost of natural gas, will remain the same.
