The proposed changes to the state’s Medicaid program emerged this week in House Bill 192 , which Republican lawmakers recently rewrote. The bill, which the GOP-controlled state Senate passed along party lines Monday, directs the state Department of Health and Human Services to disenroll Planned Parenthood as a Medicaid provider and seek the same services elsewhere.
