MINOT, ND (KXNET) - Residents of Minot are being invited to submit questions for finalists in the city’s search for a new city manager.

The city has opened an online portal, where community members can share what they’d like to ask the candidates. A public meet-and-greet is scheduled for Sept. 30 at City Hall, giving residents a chance to engage directly with the finalists.

The city manager oversees municipal operations and works with elected officials to implement policies and guide long-term planning. The upcoming event is part of Minot’s effort to involve the public in the hiring process.
