A Bronx man has claimed a second-tier Cash4Life prize, winning $1,000 a week for life after matching all six numbers in the July 9 drawing, the New York Lottery announced.
The prize guarantees a minimum payout of $1 million.
Jose Pina opted for a one-time lump sum payment of $612,240 after required withholdings, according to New York Lottery officials. The winning ticket was purchased at Jeffrey Deli Grocery on Valentine Avenue in the Bronx.
The winning numbers were: 06, 33, 35, 45, 55, and Cash Ball 04.
Cash4Life generated over $110 million in sales during fiscal year 2024–2025. During the same period, New York’s Lottery Aid to Education program contributed more than $1.4 billion to school districts across the five boroughs.
