MPD: Man accused of threatening people with scissors on State Street

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Madison police say a man was arrested after threatening people with scissors on State Street Saturday night.

Officers were called around 8:22 p.m. to the 600 block after reports of a man making throat-cutting gestures.

The suspect was arrested for disorderly conduct while armed.

Police say no one was hurt.
