Texas doctor returns home to Malawi to open clinic, school and orphanage

Dr. Anne Alaniz, who grew up in Malawi in southeast Africa, returned home to open an orphanage, school and clinic that trains midwives. NBC News’ Kate Snow tells of how Alaniz got the chance to come to the U.S. to study medicine and what led her to focus on women’s health.
