EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Body cam video obtained by KTSM 9 News shows Jeffrey Scott Baker's final moments as deputies with the Reeves County Sheriff's Office tried to approach him on I-20 last week.

As we have previously reported, Baker was wanted for the murder of his parents in Oklahoma and was last seen at a Dollar General in El Paso before he was spotted again walking on I-20 last Tuesday, Sept. 16.

The Pushmataha County Sheriff's Office said earlier that Tuesday, Baker was seen passing Sierra Blanca going eastbound in an SUV that was later confirmed stolen out of El Paso.

Officials then located a male subject who was later identified as Baker, walking on I-20 eastbound just miles from Toyah, Texas.
