The 17-year-old boy who is accused of shooting an off-duty firefighter in D.C. will soon face stronger charges, according to U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro's office. Pirro will  announce charges for the 17-year-old involved in the shooting of a D.C. firefighter and USA Pirro will also be discussing DC 911/Office of Unified Communications on Monday at 2:30 pm in Northwest DC. "We are in the process of upgrading those charges under Title 16. USA Pirro is looking forward to bringing the matter under Title 16 to show that young people will be accountable in adult court when they commit adult crimes," a statement from her office read.
