BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. —

The Buncombe County Sheriff's Office is investigating two separate home invasions.

The sheriff's office said the first case was reported at 10:45 p.m. Aug. 18 in the area of Jack Lane and Ridge Street.

Deputies were told three armed individuals forced entry into the home, physically restrained two of the occupants, and stole several pieces of property.

They said at about 10:30 p.m. on Sept. 5, deputies responded to the area of Hemlock Court in reference to a burglary that occurred.

Deputies were again told that three armed individuals forced entry into the residence, assaulted and restrained the occupant inside of the home, and stole several pieces of property.
